Scott Phillips holds a B.S. degree from West Virginia Wesleyan College. Mr. Phillips specializes in individual and business tax matters as well as estate and trust administration. He also services the accounting and tax needs of several professional athletes.

Mr. Phillips has volunteered his time to many area youth sports leagues and other civic and professional organizations.
